Johnson Storage -Storage UNIT Rental INFO

The Johnson Storage rental office is located inside Johnson Realty at 1246 N. Teachey Road, Wallace NC.

 Physical Storage locations:  5786 S. US  117 Hwy ( Norwood Street 

    10x10 =    $75.00 per month

   10x20 =   $125.00 per month  

   20x20 =   $175..00 per month

Please come to our office location at 1246 N. Teachey Road in Wallace to rent a storage unit, or make a storage payment in person. Payments may also be mailed to:

There is a drop box on site at the above location to make drop off payments. This box is checked twice per day and posted to your account. Cash, money order, personal or certified checks may be used to make storage payments. We DO NOT accept debit or credit cards as a form of payment.    

Although we do not require a deposit to rent a unit, a picture I.D., or Driver's License is required along with the first month's rent. Payment 's are due each month on the date you originally rented the storage unit.

 A $5.00 late fee will apply for payments over 5 days past due.  

We do offer locks for the storage units should you opt to purchase one. Our locks are heavy duty and come with three keys. We do NOT maintain a key to your storage unit. 

Should you wish to purchase a lock they are $15.00 each. We do not cut off locks. If you fail to make your monthly payments in a timely manner we will add a padlock to your door once you are two months behind, while leaving your lock intact. All rents must be paid in full to have our padlocked removed.
